PRIORITY DIRECTIONS FOR EVALUATING THE EFFICIENCY OF ACTIVITIES OF CIVIL SERVANTS

Abstract

<p>The article discusses the priorities for evaluating the performance of public servants. ĉe features&nbsp;<br /> of evaluating the performance of public servants in South Korea, China, Russia and Kazakhstan have been studied.&nbsp;<br /> Expert surveys and interviews were conducted on priority areas for assessing the performance of civil servants&nbsp;<br /> among the leading personnel of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education, the Ministry of Innovative&nbsp;<br /> Development, the Ministry of Public Education, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Economy and Industry, the&nbsp;<br /> Ministry of Employment and Labor Relations, the State Statistics CommiĪee of Uzbekistan, UzbekneĜegaz JSC&nbsp;<br /> and Joint-Stock Commercial People&rsquo;s Bank. ĉe concept of creating an electronic system for the development and&nbsp;<br /> monitoring of &laquo;work standards&raquo; for employees in each ėeld is scientiėcally substantiated. In addition, proposals and&nbsp;<br /> recommendations have been developed to solve theoretical, methodological and practical problems of introducing a&nbsp;<br /> modern system for assessing the effectiveness of public servants.</p>
