DEVELOPMENT OF A METHOD FOR MONITORING THE TECHNICAL CONDITION OF SUPPORT UNITS OF MINING EQUIPMENT

Abstract

<p>In the article is presented the relationship of the technical condition of the elements of bearing&nbsp;supports of mining equipment and spectral features based on the analysis of the high-frequency component of the&nbsp;vibrosignal, allowing to determine the type of defects and predict their development. The results of experimental&nbsp;studies of the vibration of the support nodes of mining equipment are presented. Studies have shown a striking&nbsp;gap between complexity and the high cost of operating equipment and the low technological level of its service.&nbsp;Such a gap is one of the main reasons for unscheduled equipment shutdowns, long downtime associated&nbsp;with the detection and elimination of the causes of failures, and high repair costs, and emergency situations.&nbsp;Vibration monitoring technology is presented, which uses regular measurements of vibration parameters, their&nbsp;frequency analysis and mathematical modeling of degradation processes in machines using software packages.&nbsp;For vibration monitoring of mining equipment, provides for control and diagnostic vibration measurements.&nbsp;Control measurements are designed to assess the technical condition of mining equipment as a whole, as well as&nbsp;its individual components. Diagnostic measurements are designed to identify defects, develop recommendations&nbsp;for their elimination and determine the timing of the output of equipment for repair according to the actual&nbsp;technical condition.</p>
