<p>e article provides new terminology for innovative development of the social sector and an assessment of the impact of factors on the innovative development of the economy. Fourteen factors for reducing the mental impairment and active life expectancy, which inuence the training e ciency and sustainable development, have been studied. A new model of smart and appropriate education for intellectual development has been developed.</p>
