This paper addresses the problem of improving voltage regulation in 110/10 kV distribution networks. The limitations of conventional control methods under multiparameter and nonlinear operating conditions are analyzed, and the necessity of coordinated control of transformers equipped with on-load tap changers (OLTCs) and reactive power compensation devices is substantiated. An intelligent control algorithm based on fuzzy logic is developed, in which voltage deviation and its rate of change are used as the main input variables. The control model is developed using the Mamdani fuzzy inference system and Gaussian membership functions. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed approach reduces voltagedeviations, decreases unnecessary OLTC tap operations, and optimizes the reactive power compensation process. The developed method contributes to improving the stability and energy efficiency of power supply systems.
