<p> This article examines the establishment of spin-off companies as an institutional mechanism for the commercialization of scientific research and the attraction of investment into Uzbekistan’s innovation sector. The study provides a detailed analysis of the innovations introduced by Presidential <br /> Decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. UP-54 dated April 4, 2026, particularly tax incentives for spin-off companies, state funding mechanisms for pilot and experimental development activities, and procedures for the capitalization of intellectual property assets. The author substantiates the role of technology transfer offices in enhancing the effectiveness of university spin-off companies and develops practical recommendations for improving the organizational and legal mechanisms governing the development of this sphere.</p>
