<p>The article is devoted to the study of the patenting process as one of the most important channels of knowledge and technology transfer in the process of innovative development. Since, there is an increase in patent applications in the world today, China is demonstrating the highest patent activity thanks to the state measures. Due to the legislative development of the intellectual property in China, the country is becoming a leader in the eld of science and high technologies. China's experience con rms that encouraging of inventions is one of the most important incentives for innovative development.</p>
