<p>The article reviews the state-of-the-art of the Higher Educational Institutions in the Republic of Uzbekistan, drawbacks directly related and not related to the Higher Educational Institutions and the ways of dealing with them. e problems of training of highly quali ed personnel have been discussed as well.</p>
