CONCEPTUAL APPROACHES AND METHODOLOGICAL PRINCIPLES OF DEVELOPMENT THE T NSPORT ST TEGY OF THE COUNTRY

Abstract

<p>Ke article provides the analysis of the&nbsp;problems accumulated in the development and regulation&nbsp;<br /> of the transport system of Uzbekistan. Alternative&nbsp;forecasting scenarios for the development of the transport&nbsp;<br /> system of the country in the medium and long term have&nbsp;been considered as well.<br /> Ke main directions of development of the transport&nbsp;services market in the republic have been determined;&nbsp;<br /> recommendations on strengthening the role of the state in&nbsp;regulating the sphere, improving tax and budget policies,&nbsp;improving antimonopoly and tariL-price regulation&nbsp;in the Meld of transport have been provided; the most&nbsp;important tasks and responsibilities of the state in&nbsp;managing the transport system and measures to weaken&nbsp;its interference with the economic activities of transport&nbsp;companies have been identiMed. Ke strategic priorities of the structural reforms&nbsp;and the most important directions of the development&nbsp;of transport inNastructure for the period up to 2030&nbsp;have been grounded; the prospective directions of social&nbsp;policy in the Meld have been formulated; measures for the&nbsp;develop the system of scientiMc support of the sphere have&nbsp;been proposed. Recommendations on the organization&nbsp;<br /> of monitoring the Transport Strategy implementation&nbsp;process and the expected results have been deMned.</p>
