<p>The article deals with the theoretical bases that impact various factors on uctuation of the Research & Development costs. Models of change of R&D costs under the impact of exports, imports, governmental and private expenditures have been developed. e e ect of these factors in the context of Uzbekistan has been analysed in particular.</p>
