The article reveals development of a software for auxiliary relays of microelectronic blocks for train routes. The topic is considered relevant due to the need to improve reliability and efficiency of relay blocks used in the up-to-date railway transportation automation systems, particularly, in train traffic control. The article also reviews constructive and functional aspects of relays operating on a microelectronic basis, highlights problematic aspects of technical and management processes in existing systems. As part of the study, algorithms for the functioning of auxiliary relays based on the NPM-69 model were developed using experimental and simulation methods. Such technical solutions as raising the efficiency of operation and reducing of power consumption through the use of modern microcontrollers have been proposed. This allows creating a software model that serves to organize, control and ensure safety of train routes. The research findings can be applied in railway automation and tele-mechanics systems, as well as in the improvement of other integrated control systems in the field of transportation management. The research conclusions contribute to improving the level of safety in railway transportation based on the use of reliable models of auxiliary relay systems.
